Regret
feel sad, repentant, or disappointed over (something that has happened or been done, especially a loss or missed opportunity).
Why do we regret things in life when all it does is drag us down. I'd personally wouldn't want to live a life full of sadness constantly disappointed in decisions that have already happened. Stop looking back on the past it's well, the past. If all of the so-called horrible things that happened to you didn't happen you wouldn't be where you are right now in this moment.
Yes, your position might not be ideal I know mine isn't but I wouldn't give up what I've learned and done. I may be 23 almost 24 divorced single mom but, I know things that I am glad I know I have the knowledge to live a good life. I'm glad I got married and had a baby I wouldn't know what love is without my son and because of my ex-husband.
Regretting decisions and choices isn't going to change anything. It's not gonna change the fact that you lost, broke something. I'm on my way to where I want to be I'm working a great job that is opening up a doorway into my writing career. My son and I are happy in our little 2 bedrooms 1 bath house that I'm looking to buy. I don't plan on renting forever.
I never want to regret again in my life I want to look back and be disappointed in myself. I'm going to live a happy healthy life and be the best me I can.
What's a life without mistakes you're human you're gonna make them nobody is perfect even if they look it some people me included fake it till ya make it.
Honestly, I'm a hot mess if you look it up there is most likely a picture of me right next to the definition. I also would be a hermit if it wasn't for my friends I'd never go out if I wasn't being forced out and believe me when I say I'm laughing at the thought of it happening again. I'm just glad I can acknowledge it.
Acknowledge your flaws know who you are, know if you don't like tomatoes because you think they're slimy. Know that you have a disability that doesn't define you. Embrace everything that is perfectly imperfect about you. Like I said fake it till you make it if you have to I honestly love that saying. Fake it till you make it is just another way to say have confidence.
So stop Regreting and live your life and do you.
